Laraj Leonard provides professional construction and architectural design services in Fidenza, Italy and surrounding areas. Our services include but are not limited to:

• Architectural design and planning
• Construction project management
• Building construction services
• Quality assurance and inspection

3. Client Obligations

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information regarding your project requirements
• Obtain all necessary permits and approvals as required by local authorities
• Make timely payments as per the agreed contract terms
• Provide access to the construction site as needed
• Respond to requests for information or decisions in a timely manner

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms will be specified in individual project contracts. Generally:

• A deposit may be required before work commences
• Progress payments may be requested at specified milestones
• Final payment is due upon project completion and acceptance
• Late payments may incur interest charges as permitted by Italian law

5. Project Timeline

While we strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines, project timelines may be affected by:

We will communicate any delays promptly and work to minimize their impact.

6. Changes and Modifications

7. Warranties and Guarantees

We warrant that all work will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner in accordance with industry standards. Specific warranties for materials and workmanship will be detailed in individual project contracts.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Italian law, Laraj Leonard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific services in question.

9. Insurance

Laraj Leonard maintains appropriate insurance coverage as required by Italian law and industry standards. Proof of insurance can be provided upon request.

10. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and documentation created by Laraj Leonard remain our intellectual property unless specifically transferred by written agreement. Clients receive a license to use such materials for the specific project for which they were created.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project contract under the following conditions:

• Material breach of contract by the other party
• Mutual written agreement
• As otherwise specified in the project contract

Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment for all work completed to date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Italy. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Parma, Italy.
